What you can do is work with a photographer who's watching the sky all day and will pull you out of the drinks reception the second something like this appears. That's exactly what happened here — a two-minute interruption for a once-in-a-lifetime frame. Galloway weather changes fast, and that's not a flaw, it's an opportunity.
