Warm light, raised glasses, and the day loosening into a proper celebration. Evening receptions at Marine Troon have a glow to them — the lamps come on, the room softens, and everyone's guard is long gone. I love working this part of the day. Rather than lining people up, I drift through the room catching toasts, hugs and conversations exactly as they happen. These frames are the ones guests ask for afterwards, because nobody else was photographing them; they were too busy enjoying themselves. That's my job in a nutshell. You be in the night.
