Glasgow University Wedding Photographer — Jillian and Reece

Sometimes the last image of the day is the best one.

This image was taken late in the evening in the iconic cloisters of the University of Glasgow — and it almost didn't happen.

By the end of a full wedding day, energy is high, light is gone, and getting a couple away from their guests for portraits takes a little persuasion. But Jillian and Reece trusted the process — and when Reece saw this image on the back of the camera, he turned to me and simply said: "That's the money shot."

He wasn't wrong.

The University of Glasgow cloisters are one of Scotland's most extraordinary wedding settings. The gothic stone arches, warm amber uplighting and cathedral-like scale create something that feels timeless — and this image of Jillian and Reece, completely lost in each other, is exactly what I love to find at the end of a long wedding day.

Jillian wore a beautiful gown from Opus Couture Glasgow, paired with suits from Slaters. Hair by Lisa Yvonne Hair, make-up by Make-up by Tabassum. Flowers by Oops a Daisy, cake by Sprinkles on Top, evening entertainment by The Brammers, and the day also captured on film by videographer Danny Rizzo.
